*Please note that we require notification of cancellation at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the walk. If you notify us of the cancellation in the 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the walk, you will be charged for 50% of the service. If you fail to notify us of cancellation before our walker arrives, you will be charged for the full amount of the service. For sittings and boardings, we require notification before 10pm on the night prior to the commencement of the service. Failure to notify us in time will result in a charge of one full day/night of service.

*Refunds will be processed the same day the cancellation request was received. Please note that, depending on the method of payment, it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to show in your account.
